  黄惠芬:博士,副教授,硕士生导师。1992年中国纺织大学获学士学位,1998年华南师范大学物理系获硕士学位,2004年上海交通大学电子工程系博士学位,2004-2005年日本北九洲大学博士后,2005-2006年在日本东芝研究与发展中心从事芯片封装设计研发工作,2007年通过海外人才引进到华南理工大学。研究方向包括电磁场理论、微电子系统信号连接线(含超导连接线)与封装结构的电特性分析以及高速通信系统专用电路的分析等。一直对高速集成电路互连和电磁兼容,封装技术和射频电路进行基本理论和技术跟踪性研究,负责人在东芝研究与发展中心从事两年高端产品的封装与电磁兼容设计研发,了解电磁兼容急需解决的课题,发表35篇论文,其中5篇IEEE Trans. 上发表,24篇EI检索,12篇SCI检索,专利2项。招生专业:电磁场与微波技术,通信。
