教育与工作经历
陈戈,男,1965年10月生,理学博士、留法博士后,中国海洋大学教授、博士生导师,信息科学与工程学院院长;教育部“长江学者奖励计划”特聘教授,“国家杰出青年科学基金获得者”;国务院学位委员会“海洋学科评议组”成员,国家863计划“地球观测与导航领域专家组”成员。
陈戈教授入选国家人事部等七部委“新世纪百千万人才工程”国家级人选,被评为“中国青年科技奖”和“山东省十大杰出青年”称号获得者,“山东省有突出贡献的中青年专家”和“青岛市专业技术拔尖人才”,并享受国务院颁发的政府特殊津贴,还获得“山东省高等学校优秀共产党员”荣誉称号,并荣获美国宇航局(NASA)、美国海洋大气局(NOAA)、国际光学工程师学会(SPIE)等七大空间机构和国际组织联合颁发的“杰出贡献与卓越服务奖”。在国际SCI刊物《SENSORS》上与英国专家共同作为特邀编辑出版了《Satellite Altimetry》专集;30多次参加重要国际学术会议,10余次应邀担任分会主席、组委会主席等职,并多次应邀做特邀报告。
研究方向
陈戈教授长期从事卫星海洋遥感与海洋信息技术的科研和教学工作,近年来的研究方向拓展到虚拟现实技术在城市与海洋等领域的应用,在卫星高度计遥感的理论、方法和应用,以及海陆一体化虚拟海洋与数字城市仿真研究等领域取得了一系列具有自主知识产权的原创性成果。

发表学术论文120余篇,其中35篇发表在国际SCI刊物上,并被25种国际知名SCI刊物及多部权威学术专著广泛引用;获得国家专利5项,计算机软件著作权23项。作为第一完成人获“教育部自然科学一等奖”2项,“山东省科技进步一等奖” 1项,“山东省科技进步二等奖” 1项。
